About Frank Mears

Frank Mears entered the real estate profession as a sales associate in 1977, obtained his brokers license in 1984 and has sold real estate in Georgia, South Carolina, and California as well as managing offices in Georgia and California. 

A recognized speaker on agency, negotiations and sales skills, Frank delivers over 200 presentations a year and has trained thousands of sales associates from coast to coast.

Frank is a nationally accredited instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® and is certified to teach NAR  designation and certification courses nationally.

Frank also serves on the Georgia Real Estate Commissions Education Advisory Council and is an instructor for the commissions instructor development workshop.  Frank also served as a GRI Governor and was named “2002 Instructor of the Year” by the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. In 2005 Frank was inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® Real Estate Buyers Agency Councils “Hall of Fame” for his contributions to buyer representation on a state and national level. In 2007 Frank was named "Educator of the Year" and in 2018 given the Robert Jones “Distinguished Career Award” by the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association.

Frank earned the "Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation conferred by the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the International Federation of Professional Speakers (IFPS).
